1. Type of Service-
(a.) We are 100% free 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit stylized social, educational and charitable CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION. We are categorized as "Public Charity" pursuant to 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), and we are fully qualified to receive tax deductible money donation pursuant to Section 170, and also fully qualified to receive tax deductible property donation pursuant to Section 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code of United States. We are in the specific services of reviving lives 24/7 across the entire world through giving you our empowerment programs and helps for happy and peaceful lives directed to our mission and our vision. We help stop or reduce crime and poverty in our today`s global community by giving tips that would avert or fix unhappy lives, especially in area of dating, marriage, cohabitation, parenting, work, school and other related areas. We may send any form of help to those in abject need but we do not send money. We have the sole and full discretion to decline or accept your request for our help or service, and we are not under any obligation to help you out pay for anything, under no circumstance.
(b.) Our nonprofit help also encompasses tip, publication, education, revelation, suggestion, counseling, advice, mediation, prayer and hint, and we DO NOT give legal or medical advice in our network and organization. We use biblical forces, but we do stay away from all denominational and judgmental differences and doctrines, and you do not have to be a Christian to use our network or receive our services.
(c.) All help is designed for you alone and may take up to 24 hours (or even more) to prepare by virtue of our internal work. Our empowerment programs are strictly designed to uphold our mission and our vision. We generally operate under two major different teams (namely; Tool Team and Admin Team). And we are all controlled by our Governing Body which is our Admin Team.
(d.) We do not encourage phone communication (unless there is complete stringent necessity) because we document all communication and because of language differences with our users all over the world.
(e.) We DO NOT involve or render services relating to any unlawful or harmful matters or represent our users in court, and our door is open every time of the day and every day of the year for any request.
(f.) All our workers do stay ethical, respectful and professional when communicating to you or attending to your situation or concern. In all of our services or helps, we have the sole discretionary freedom not to give any help to you or respond to any of your problem or respond to any of your communication, especially if your communication violated our material terms and conditions hereof or you do not have a valid email address or your email address is already invalidated by virtue of your violation or your non-use of it for two months in a row following emails we sent to your email address requesting for information or response from you.
(g.) We welcome your free comments that agree with our mission or vision. And we may allow advertisement of products and services that conform to our terms and conditions run in our network.
(h.) All problems or requests must initially be submitted through our Home page of our website. If it is a follow up of the request you have already submitted through our Home page, then you may use our email address to respond, but if that request has exceeded one month with no email communication to us or from us, then you have to send further communication on that request through our Home page again. For all other inquiry about use of our network, you may use our Contact Us page of our website. And we may, from time to time, email any or all users some updates or vital information that may directly or indirectly be relevant to our mission or vision.
2. Who We Are-
There are eight-fold and firmly established identification of us:
(a.) We are open within our limit to solving all problems affecting human happiness, mostly through serious prayers.
(b.) We render 100% free services and do not do public solicitation, and we are open to receiving request 24/7.
(c.) We open our service doors to all adults of all backgrounds, including the non-Christians.
(d.) We believe in the power of love, and do conduct prayer in name of Jesus Christ.
(e.) We do not welcome or render service that is unlawful, harmful or discriminatory.
(f.) We have zero tolerance to all vulgar or obscene languages or contents.
(g.) We do not welcome or render anything political and we are not affiliated to any denomination or political stance or party.
(h.) And we only respond and attend to valid and honest requests which must be initially sent to us through Home page of our website.
3. General Method of Use-
(a.) Joining through Join page or sending a problem or prayer request at the form located at Home page of our website does categorically affirm and mean that you have "JOINED" Divine Revive and "AGREED" to be bound by all our terms and conditions, as palpably depicted hereof. It also affirms that you "AGREED" with our Mission and Vision.
(b.) You may send this website to your friends, relatives and others for creation of awareness, however, this site is only for personal use and not for commercial use or purpose howsoever.
(c.) To use this site, you must have a name and email address, provided you are an adult (at least 16 or 18 years old depending on county or country), and you must be mentally sane. To submit your name and email address, you must use Join page of our website. You also have to optionally insert the Volunteer code (or name) of who referred you to our network if you were referred by our volunteer. You may remain anonymous at your choice but we may request for your full and real identity if you are requesting to receive some certain charitable help from or through us.
(d.) You must use our website or network only for lawful and positive reasons. You may freely contribute your opinion or comment that upholds our mission and vision at anytime by sending it through Contact Us page of our website. You must not use email address that another user is already using in our network. You must not have two or more valid email addresses in our network. And you must not share or have joint valid email address with another user, under no circumstance. Invalid email address is impermissible in our network. You may change your email address with or without reason at anytime, provided you rightly answered our verification questions, but changing of your name has to be backed by legal proof showing change of name. When using this entire network and website or when communicating to us, you are prohibited from sending us anything unlawful or harmful, including harassing, deceitful, vulgar or dishonest of any type.
(e.) If our service or help revived or touched your life, or if you have anything good to say about our network, you have sole discretionary latitude to post it at the form underneath our Testimonials page, and once testimonial is posted, you cannot request it to be deleted anymore unless we choose to do so. For now, pictures are not run in all testimonial postings. You do not have to have an email address to post your testimonial on our Testimonials page, however if such posting is illegitimate or contains any contemptible character or comment against any particular tribe, race, nationality, language, religion, gender, or political trend, it is totally prohibited, and our system would not let it post on our Testimonials page.
(f.) Once you are a bona fide user of our network, you cannot cancel or change it unless you did not use your email address on file for up to two months in a row, following email we sent you that requires a response.
(g.) Any submitted problem or communication from you that contains any condemnation or negative comment against another user in our network, will "NOT" be attended to, therefore limit your condemnation to just a general comment or opinion without mentioning particular user you are referring to. Any content from you that shows vulgar language, pornographic or offensive comment, unlawfulness or deceitfulness, dishonesty or discrimination against any particular race, culture, religion, language, political party or gender will "NOT" be attended to. Your sending problem on our Home page must have a subject which must be entered at the subject box and must not exceed 9 (nine) meaningful words. Also, it must have details which must be entered at the details box and must not exceed 10,000 (ten thousand) meaningful words. Once your request is submitted through our Home page, you have to allow up to 72 (seventy two) hours for us to respond to it. If you did not get our response after 72 hours, you may contact us through Contact Us page to inquire why.
4. Privacy Statement-
(a.) Our privacy policy applies to all of our services and tools. All information received from you is completely secured. The sell and dissemination of your information is strictly prohibited. We guarantee COMPLETE privacy and confidentiality of all information delineated by you or through you, and all information gathered from you or for you, and we also guarantee privacy and confidentiality of all of the services we render.
(b.) Information received from you would be used to comprehend your situation, to comprehend how to address your situation and to comprehend how to revive your situation. No release of information whatsoever to third parties without your permission, unless it is in compliance with the law.
5. General-
(a.) Pursuant to Section 501(a) of code of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of United States law, we are a nonprofit organization, and do fall under Section 501(c)(3). We do not do solicitation to public, other than government and our inside members and partners.
(b.) If you do out-of-will donation and financial help to support the mission and the vision of Divine Revive Inc., it may be tax-deductible, pursuant to tax law. All donation to Divine Revive is "auto-accepted", thus it is nonrefundable and irretrievable. You may make donation on weekly or monthly basis or at anytime to Divine Revive. Every donation to Divine Revive may be in form of money or in form of any valuable property of any type you choose. If you are making property donation to us, you will have to first discuss with our Admin Team before making it, as we assess property donation on case by case basis to see if it will directly or indirectly help our mission.
(c.) On financial donation, you (or any age) may make money donation through mailing of valid check or money order (payable to Divine Revive Inc.) to our mailing address shown below. You do not have to be a user or have a valid username to make donation to support our mission and vision. Please do NOT mail cash, no matter the circumstance.
6. Use of Cookies-
(a.) To personalize your use of our website, we may use cookies technology which is a small file sent to your computer by and from our website server. Some computer browser settings can be modified with possibility of declining cookies, and you have the option of choosing that.
(b.) We may also use other standard internet tools (including web beacons or pixel gifs) to track our traffic mechanism or assess our database.
7. Copyright and Trademarks-
(a.) The textual and pictorial content of this entire website, including all the designs and all the empowerment programs and all the arrangements and all the systems and all the technique of operations, of this website and network, are all copyrighted (c) Divine Revive Inc. All rights reserved!
(b.) Any intent or attempt or conduct of copying, pasting, sharing, stealing or imitating any portion of this site or fashion of function of this network (including textual portions), is STRICTLY PROHIBITED nationally and globally.
(c.) Also, the name "Divine Revive" and the "logo" of Divine Revive are the implicit and exclusive properties and registered trademarks of Divine Revive Inc., and thus any imitation of any type or style is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, all to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties-
(a.) Though all our helps and services work about 85% of the time, there is still some chance you may not get desired result (perhaps because you did not really and completely follow the simple strategy or tips and services we gave you), and there is still some chance you may not get desired result from our prayer rendered though our HappyBirthday program. Further, there is still some chance you may not get any result from attending to or featuring in our World Best Single program, and there is still some chance you may not get any result from any program we run now or may run in future. THEREFORE, we hereunto DO NOT and WOULD NOT guarantee any specific result, in all circumstances, to all our helps and all our services and all our programs and all our prayers that we give you or give on your behalf (including through our volunteer workers).
(b.) We DO NOT and WOULD NOT guarantee, in all circumstances, any encounter you may get from using our network, our website and our programs. In other words, we hereto "EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM" any express or implied warranties to all of our services and tips and prayers and empowerment programs.
(c.) Your use of our helps and services and programs are totally your free sole independent choice and your free sole independent will. Also we cannot and do not warrant, under no circumstance, that the function of this website, the content of this website or our communication to you, is or would be free from any error or interruption at anytime. We also cannot and do not warrant the reliability, competency or functionality of any of our partners and third parties and volunteers, in all circumstance.
9. Limitation of Liability-
(a.) In no event shall we (including our Volunteers and Partners) be directly or indirectly liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or exemplary damages (including class action) arising by virtue of your use of any of the helps, services, prayers and programs we provide to you, or by virtue of any type of interruption, failure of function of our website or system of arrangement of our website, or by virtue of your meeting with other users or persons from or due to the services we render.
(b.) We do not screen or check the background of our users or volunteers in the use of our network and website or work for us, thus any communication or meeting you have with our other user or users or volunteer at anytime and in any place, is entirely your personal sole free will and your personal sole independent choice.
(c.) Also, our inaction to any violation of our terms and conditions committed by you or by any user or by our volunteer, does not constitute a waiver of us to act on subsequent violations or a waiver of us not to enforce any of our provision of terms and conditions delineated herein. The rest of our terms and conditions herein survive in event of any unenforceability of any textual or clausal contents found in any portion of our entire website hereof.
10. Complete Indemnification-
(a.) You fully agree and understand that all our directors, officers, workers, agents, affiliates, volunteers, consultants, contractors and partners are completely indemnified and held harmless against all damages, all claims, all losses, all liabilities, all costs (including attorney fees) arising from your direct or indirect use of this website and network, and from all your receipt of our services and tips and prayers we provide directly or indirectly to you.
11. Choice of Law and adjudication-
(a.) Our terms and conditions herein shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia State of United States of America, with the City of Virginia Beach possessing the exclusive jurisdictional venue, regardless of the issue of forum non-conveniens or conflict of law entailed or differences in the rule of law.
(b.) By directly or indirectly using this website or network or our tips, our services and our programs, or accepting our volunteer services, you are completely giving up all your rights to litigate any claim in any court at any location but only accepting the location of City of Virginia Beach in Virginia State of United States of America to be the sole jurisdictional venue with sole governance of the latest amended rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA) and to have such claim be adjudicated only before a retired judge as a single arbitrator whose arbitration shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties. And you fully agree and understand that such arbitration shall be entered as a deferential final judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
